Exciting Opportunity: School Administrator at One of Our Amazing SEMH Schools

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Manage school office operations, including handling inquiries, correspondence, and phone calls.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate student records, attendance, and databases.
  • Financial Duties: Assist with budgeting, invoicing, and financial record-keeping.
  • Coordination: Organize school events, meetings, and appointments.
  • Communication: Liaise with parents, staff, and external agencies.
  • General Duties: Provide administrative support to the school leadership team and teaching staff.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Previous administrative experience, preferably in an educational setting.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational, communication, and IT skills.
  • Qualifications: Relevant administrative qualifications or equivalent experience.
  • Attributes: Attention to detail, ability to multitask, and a proactive approach.
