Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Manage school office operations, including handling inquiries, correspondence, and phone calls.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate student records, attendance, and databases.
- Financial Duties: Assist with budgeting, invoicing, and financial record-keeping.
- Coordination: Organize school events, meetings, and appointments.
- Communication: Liaise with parents, staff, and external agencies.
- General Duties: Provide administrative support to the school leadership team and teaching staff.
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous administrative experience, preferably in an educational setting.
- Skills: Excellent organizational, communication, and IT skills.
