A well-known telecoms organisation within Newcastle is looking for a customer service advisor to join their organisation on a temporary basis. The ideal candidate would be available to start immediately and have previous recent customer-facing experience.
Your new role
As a customer service advisor, you will be responsible for a range of responsibilities such as:
- Reception cover
- Meeting and greeting customers
- Meeting room set up
- Answering customer queries
- Various ad hoc tasks
- Call handling

- Organisation skills
- Customer facing experience
- Previous reception experience
- Available to start immediately
What you'll get in return
- Temporary until Autumn
- Up to £12.50 per hour
- Full-time hours
- Newcastle-based
