Hales Group is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to support our client in Lowestoft for 6 months, offering an opportunity to work in a vibrant building alongside a fantastic team.
Duties will include:
- Handling inbound customer calls, addressing any concerns, complaints and queries promptly.
- Transfer calls to the appropriate department or specialist when issues require further assistance
- Provide clear response to customer inquiries, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
What are we looking for:
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous experience in a customer service or call centre environment is desirable
- Ability to assess situations, identify issues and provide effective solutions quickly and efficiently.
- Proficiency in managing multiple tasks simultaneously
