To help lead a small support team of 2 x Application Support Engineers who are in need of a team leader.

A team leader to help coach, mentor, show them what good looks like.

You'll be leading from the front whilst helping to implement and own the support processes.

This is an opportunity to make it your own and help grow the team over time.

You'll be working for a 35-person strong Microsoft Partner that specialises in Power Platform, Power Automate and SharePoint.

The support team support a range of products which are mostly based on Power Automate.

No Power Automate experience?

No problem!

So long as you can demonstrate a strong & proven support background in workflow / automation, in a Software as a Service environment with Web APIs, then they can help train the rest.

This includes training on some of the team leader elements too.

This is a hands on technical application support role, whilst helping the support team, get involved in appraisals and recruitment for growing the team moving forward.

Salary - circa £40,000 - £46,000 (flexible, depending upon skills & experience)

About you

You'll be an Application Support Engineer or Team Leader supporting external customers across a Product Suite based on Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Platform or SharePoint.

Some other skills you'll bring to this organisation:

  • First class customer support experience
  • Experience supporting in a Software-as-a-Service environment
  • Experience in supporting Web APIs
  • Ideally strong knowledge of Power Automate, or other workflow and automation products
  • Ideally good awareness of the software development lifecycle (however, this isn't a development position!)
  • Good experience of incident management and support process optimisation
  • Excellent communication skills

A growth mindset and the willingness to learn and collaborate with your team is also important. You'll be building and cultivating strong relationships as well as advocating innovation within the organisation and with your customers.
