Job Opportunity: Beauty Therapist
We are currently supporting a luxury wellness spa dedicated to providing exceptional experiences and treatments. We are seeking a talented and passionate Level 3 Beauty Therapist (or equivalent).
As a Beauty Therapist, you'll be an integral part of the team, delivering first-class treatments and ensuring all guests feel pampered and rejuvenated. If you have an NVQ Level 3 in beauty therapy and a passion for high-end service, we'd love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Provide a range of luxurious spa treatments, including massages, facials, body treatments, and nail services. Your attention to detail and skill will create a relaxing and memorable experience for our guests.
- Conduct thorough and confidential consultations with clients to understand their unique needs, preferences, and concerns. Tailor treatments accordingly.
- Uphold the highest standards of service quality, maintaining cleanliness and professionalism throughout the spa and treatment rooms.
- Interact with guests warmly and professionally, ensuring they feel welcome and comfortable during their visit.
- Stay informed about our spa's product offerings, including skincare products, oils, and beauty supplies. Make personalised recommendations to clients.
- Upsell products with professional recommendations.
- Maintaining 5 * reviews.
- Adhere strictly to health and safety guidelines, ensuring a clean and safe environment for both clients and staff.
- Work closely with receptionists, fellow therapists, and managers to create a seamless spa experience for the guests.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience or Training in ESPA (Ideal): Familiarity with ESPA products and treatments is a plus.
- Presentable: Always maintain a professional appearance.
- Fully Trained: Proficient in massage techniques, nail services, pedicures, and waxing.
- Lashes and Brow Experience Required: Expertise in enhancing lashes and brows.
- Permanent Makeup (Ideal but Not Essential): Knowledge of permanent makeup techniques.
- High Standards: Deliver treatments at the highest level of excellence.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and people skills.
- Professional Demeanour: Trustworthy, courteous, and respectful.
- Passion for Luxury Services: A genuine desire to provide 5-star luxury experiences.
