Customer Service Representative

First Recruitment Services are partnered with our Global Client, an expert in their field as they seek a Customer Service Representative on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to join reputable company who provide outstanding services.

You will be directly responsible for ensuring customers service the highest level of service possible. The company ensure that delivering and maintaining a high level of customer service is critical in ensuring retention.

The role:

  • Ensuring that orders are entered correctly and within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Ensuring all service tickets are adequately managed.
  • Ensure customer enquiries are handled within SLA requirements, and that customers are receiving excellent customer service.
  • Daily management of Customer Service enquiries / order entry.
  • Ensuring all daily functions relation to order entry and despatch are completed.
  • Managing the ticketing system.
  • Developing and maintaining excellent working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Customer care when onboarding new customers.
  • Understanding and upholding SOPS and work instructions.
  • Answering incoming customer phone calls and emails.
  • Any other duties as required by line management.

Experience

  • Previous experience working within a Customer Service Representative or Order Entry role.
