The Salary for this Paraaplanner Manager position is up to £45,000 with several benefits including over 28 days holiday plus bank holidays each year as well as PMI, and free parking.

your primary responsibility will be to manage the workload of the team while overseeing the development of Paraplanners and Trainee Paraplanners. This pivotal role involves providing crucial technical and research support to our Financial Planners, enabling the seamless delivery of tailored advice to our valued clients. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the workload of the Paraplanning team, ensuring efficient and timely completion of tasks.
  • Oversee the development and training of Paraplanners and Trainee Paraplanners.
  • Provide essential technical and research support to Financial Planners.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to assist in the formulation of comprehensive financial plans.
  • Prepare suitability letters and assist in crafting detailed client reports.
  • Collaborate with the wider team to ensure a cohesive and client-focused approach to service delivery.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices to enhance the quality of financial advice.

  • Proven experience in a Paraplanner role within the financial services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of financial planning concepts, products, and regulations.
