Commercial Manager or Business Development Executive
- Salary Range: £35k - £40k basic (OTE £60k)

We are seeking a proactive and ambitious Commercial Manager or Business Development Executive, often referred to as a ‘hunter', to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic individual with a knack for networking and a talent for sales. This role involves recruiting international major event suppliers to join our membership network and/or to sponsor our three main B2B events, with a focus on safety/security, overlay/infrastructure, event technology, and event services.
Day to Day of the role:
- Actively engage in sales activities, including making calls and participating in networking events to recruit new members and sponsors.
- Develop and maintain relationships with international event suppliers in specific areas of interest.
- Work towards accelerating the company's growth by expanding our membership network and securing sponsorships for our B2B events.
- Utilise consultative sales techniques to understand the needs of potential clients and offer tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the team to strategise and implement effective sales approaches.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, ideally within the business of sport.
- English as a first language.
- Strong networking and communication skills.
- Experience in consultative sales or sponsorship sales is desirable.
- Ability to commute to the London office 3 days a week.
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
