Senior HR Administrator
position in their
HR

We are looking for an experienced
HR administrator
who can hit the ground running and build relationships within the team from the offset. The ideal candidate would have a well-practiced attention to detail and sold experience in a
HR Administration
role.
What you will be doing:
You will be the primary contact for all
HR
queries
Administration
across the whole employee life-cycle
Working alongside payroll to ensure accuracy of payments
Updating personnel records
Dealing with contracts including starters, leavers and changes
Coordinating the absence
administration
process
Looking after the shared
HR
inbox
Administration regarding recruitment activities
Looking after the employee recognition scheme
Administrative support with disciplinary, grievance, probation and investigations
Building relationships within the wider
HR
team
Being fully compliant throughout
