We are seeking a Receptionist to join our client's legal firm, providing a friendly, helpful, and efficient first impression to all callers and visitors. This role is ideal for someone who is committed to delivering high-quality reception and administrative support in a professional environment.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Greet clients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner, both in person and on the telephone.
- Manage incoming calls, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate parties promptly.
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area.
- Provide administrative support to Fee Earners as required, including but not limited to scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and preparing documents.
- Handle mail distribution and manage office supplies.
- Assist with various clerical duties and office tasks as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role, preferably within a legal or professional services environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using office equipment such as computers, printers, and telephones.
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
- Professional attitude and appearance.
