The company's products are sold in approximately 150 countries and territories under numerous high profile brand names.

JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking an experienced and proactive IT Procurement Manager to support a high-profile and urgent project delivery for the UK and Ireland (UKI) region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the procurement of IT hardware and be capable of managing end-to-end procurement processes to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of project requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Project Support: Lead IT procurement activities to support the urgent project delivery for the UKI region, ensuring all hardware requirements are met on time and within budget.
  • Procurement Strategy: Develop and implement procurement strategies for IT hardware to meet project goals and objectives.
  • Supplier Management: Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with IT hardware suppliers to ensure the best quality, cost, and delivery performance.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure advantageous terms.
  • Order Management: Oversee the purchase order process, including the preparation, issuance, and tracking of orders.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate stock of IT hardware for project needs.
  • Budget Management: Manage procurement budgets and provide regular reports on expenditure and cost savings.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks related to the procurement of IT hardware.
  • Compliance: Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, industry standards, and legal requirements.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, IT teams, and other stakeholders to understand and meet their hardware requirements.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in IT procurement.
