An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Private Rent Team, which manages the group's market and NHS keyworker rental portfolios.

We're looking for an Administrative Assistant who is seeking a fresh challenge. You should have a positive mindset, be adaptable, and be motivated to provide first-class customer service. You should also possess strong IT and organisational skills. If this sounds like you, we want to hear from you.

The initial focus for this post will be a data/document project which will involve reviewing historic documents and moving them in line with data retention policies. Once this project is complete there will be an opportunity to get involved more widely with the full scope of the role profile.

The Private Rent Team supports the business to let and manage market and NHS keyworker properties. We are a small but diverse team with big ambitions. Our purpose is to manage these discrete portfolios with a focus on delivering excellent service alongside financial performance and, where appropriate, generating surpluses to support Clarion's social value impact.

The properties managed by the team sit outside many of the existing system processes, which presents challenges and opportunities. In the coming year, we will focus on where we can integrate and align with existing systems. Activity outside system processes is currently subject to review to ensure we provide efficient, effective, and consistent services.

This role provides an opportunity for independent problem-solving and trying new approaches. We're looking for someone with experience in basic financial and administrative procedures/processes who can deliver targets and deadlines while providing great customer service.

If you feel your attributes, experience, and skill set match our requirements, we'd love to hear from you.

As you can imagine, the full job description includes lots more detail so please check it out on our website before applying.

Closing Date: Tuesday 20th August 2024 at midnight.

Interviews will be held on Friday 30th August 2024 in person at our Reed House office in Norwich.
