Purchasing Support

- Salary: flexible dependent on experience

- Working Arrangement: Hybrid 2 days working from home, 3 in the office
- Hours 8.30-5 Mon- Fri
We are urgently seeking a Purchasing Support professional to provide immediate assistance within our Purchasing Department. This role offers a varied workload and the opportunity to be part of an expanding team. While initially temporary, there is a strong likelihood for the position to become permanent.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Liaising with site personnel to take orders and ensure accurate fulfilment.
- Processing and updating orders on the COINS system.
- Communicating with suppliers and site teams to send and confirm orders.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in purchasing or buying is advantageous.
- Proficiency in using COINS or similar procurement software.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
