This Senior Creative Designer role is a 12-Month FTC, where you will have the opportunity to champion all creative design components of the business, reporting directly into the Marketing Director.

Responsibilities & Duties

As the sole designer in the dynamic UK team, you'll use your visionary foresight to bring artistic and creative concepts to life. Working collaboratively with a variety of teams, the final artistic decisions will be down to you to innovate and execute.

As the successful Senior Creative Designer, you'll be:

  • Collaborating with and managing relationships between UK and Global teams
  • Informing the creative direction of the business through monitoring the latest trends
  • Supervising the design and production of all creative assets, including a wide range of captivating digital and print-based content to engage audience
  • Designing and generating comprehensive marketing material for annual events, branded presentation decks and advertising campaigns for partnerships and online campaigns
  • Working closely and collaborating with an external video agency to maximise brand presence across all channels

To be the successful Senior Creative Designer, you'll have:

  • Strong graphic design skills with a portfolio demonstrating creativity and adherence to brand guidelines
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Experience with digital advertising formats (Google Ads, social media graphics, etc)
  • Solid experience coordinating and executing successful marketing campaigns and event collateral
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
