Your new role
Hays are working with an organisation in Severn Beach who are looking for a Finance Assistant on a 12-month FTC. Hours are Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours, can be flexible on start times. Salary is up to £26,000 p/a. The organisation offer hybrid working, two days a week from home. Duties of the role include:

  • Raising sales invoices/credit notes
  • Collections - first point of contact with stakeholders
  • Ensure timely availability of billing backup
  • Access Self-billing portals using customer portals
  • Manage daily workflow tasks completed in line with agreed SLAs

What you'll need to succeed

  • Background in finance
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A positive "can do" attitude
  • Experience in billing
