About you..
You're a real people person and able to speak to just about anyone! You're clued up on safeguarding practices and social care legislations. When it comes to teamwork you are willing to get stuck in and most importantly you are keen to contribute to our effort of supporting vulnerable children in our local community!
What will you be doing?
Responding quickly to the needs of the Service and to members of the public contacting the MASH.
Administration duties and note taking.
Identifying issues that require complex social work intervention including safeguarding and referring on to senior team members.
Working closely with social workers, team managers and other partner agencies to support the children and families of Peterborough.
Attending reviews and meetings
This is a very varied role and there is lots to get stuck in to. You will be part of a friendly and supportive team and have the opportunity to work closely with social workers and team managers. This really is an opportunity not to be missed!
