They are looking for a motivated Sales Specialist to cover the commercial activity of Surgical Instruments and Sterile Technology in the South Central territory.

Your new role

  • Manage and develop customer accounts, building strong relationships.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve territory targets.
  • Attend industry events and provide product demonstrations.
  • Support sales efforts for consulting services.
  • Utilise CRM software and stay up-to-date on market trends.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven medical sales experience (surgical sales a plus).
  • Strong relationship-building skills (internal & external).
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented with a competitive drive.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Valid UK driver's license.
