Customer Service Administrator
Permanent Role
Location - Ascot
Salary – £28 - 30,000
Hours – Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm
My client, based in Ascot, are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their small friendly team. This is a fast-paced role which is an integral part the business. The company has a family feel to it, with its furnished office set in a lovely small village, close to coffee shops and nice rural country walking routes!
Role duties:
- Dealing with customer enquiries via phone/email
- Processing enquiries via Zen Desk from amazon, ebay and other platforms
- Processing orders in Sage
- Stock management
- Arranging returns, exchanges and refunds
- General office duties – such as dealing with the incoming and outgoing post, ordering office supplies
- Helping colleagues with workload during busy periods
Essential criteria:
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Administration experience
- Proactive approach
- You can work independently and in a team
- Highly organised
- Reliable
- Flexible
- Fluent in English
Desirable:
- Experience in working for a consumer electronics company
- Experience with Amazon Vendor Central, SAGE and/or Zen Desk
- Other language skills
