Finance Assistant

An ideal role for a fully or part-qualified Finance Assistant to join an innovative, forward thinking business experiencing growth across the world.

Based at their vibrant, modern HQ on the Berks/Oxon border, you will be part of an established team, working to ensure the smooth running of the daily Finance function.

The Role:

  • Supplier and client invoicing
  • Processing expenses
  • VAT returns
  • Credit Card reconciliations
  • Weekly payment runs
  • Managing payables mailbox
  • Responding to supplier queries
  • Assisting with Audits and running report

What you will need:

  • Partially or fully qualified AAT, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent
  • Previous experience within a Finance team
  • Experience using Sage 200c
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Highly organised, able to work to deadlines and prioritise workload
