About the Product Development Associate role:

As the Senior Demand Planner for Europe, you will be a pivotal leader in fostering and managing strategic relationships between the Commercial and Supply Chain teams. You will serve as a key architect in the S&OP cycle, spearheading its enhancement initiatives and owning the Demand Review cycle across multiple country clusters.

The key responsibilities of our Product Development Associate will include:

  • Leadership in S&OP Cycle: Prepare for and lead the Demand Review cycle for multiple European countries
  • Generate and analyze monthly base forecasts, identifying key trends to highlight potential risks and opportunities.
  • key communicator to commercial teams, overseeing service recovery and reviewing forecast consumption on a weekly basis.
  • Review weekly/monthly reports, analyzing Demand Planning KPIs and providing insightful commentary.
  • Represent the demand planning function in project meetings ensuring alignment of forecasts.

Previous experience / knowledge required of our Product Development Associate :

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use multiple data sources to understand trends
  • Process-oriented with a pragmatic approach, adaptable to change
