A leading End-point Assessment Organisation are looking to bring in a Customer Account Manager to lead and oversee all activities relating to customer account management within the company. The role is pivotal to maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring an unparalleled customer experience, with an eye for generating leads with existing and new customers.

The role is a remote role, home based with occasional travel to London, once a month.

Responsibilities:

  • Building and maintaining professional relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Managing and servicing assigned customer accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for client inquiries.
  • Negotiating contracts and closing agreements.
  • Developing new business with existing clients and identifying areas of improvement to meet business requirements.
  • Liaising between clients and internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs.
  • Contributing and creating sales plans to grow and retain existing accounts by presenting new solutions and services to clients.
  • Presenting information to customers on how the EPA end-to-end process works, using appropriate technical language, and managing pipeline with stakeholder expectations.
  • Monitor and analyse customer account trends, generate insightful reports, and effectively communicate this information to the leadership team.
  • Attend conferences and events to build relationships with industry partners and stay up to date with new trends.
  • Uphold the company's commitment to fairness, transparency, and ethical considerations in AI-driven decision-making.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with Ofqual General Conditions of Recognition & working with the team on the annual statement of compliance.

Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in the apprenticeship education sector.
  • Experience of key account management.
  • Exceptional organisational skills.
  • The ability to work in a regulated business.
  • The ability to engage effectively with stakeholders of all types, including assessors, training providers, employers, apprentices, and regulatory bodies.
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Nice to have:

  • Experience of working in apprenticeship training, e.g., college or training provider.
  • Experience of presenting and implementing apprenticeship regulations. - Ability to deliver Apprenticeship standards sessions across the portfolio
