As an Administrator, you will be working for a well establish business in the Poole area providing Administrator support as well as partly working on Reception.
Key Responsibilities of an Administrator:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls to appropriate staff members
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Assist with general administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Monitor and order office supplies as needed
Requirements of an Administrator:
- Proven experience as an Administrator or in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
