The successful Associate Director will join an experienced join and help to create economic, social, and environmental value for your clients and the communities in which you work by delivering optimum planning permissions first time and on time. The approach is results driven, commercial, and blends professional expertise, local intelligence, and great working relationships with planning authorities.
In this role, you will work with a diverse client list and provide a variety of services including:
- Preparation/negotiation of planning applications
- Planning appraisals
- Planning strategy advice
- Local Plan promotion
- Expert witness.
Qualifications
- Strong academic record
- MRTPI
- Significant professional experience (private sector experience required)
- A passion for planning
- Driven, ambitious, commercial, and great at building/maintaining relationships
