Workshop Manager

Are you an experienced Joiner looking for a rewarding opportunity in a thriving Timber Frame Joinery Workshop?
Salary: Up to £35k (Experience and position-dependent) + Annual Performance Bonus
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm (flexible options available)
Holidays: 30 or 31 days per year (including Bank Holidays), with Christmas & Easter shutdowns
- Using industrial joinery tools
- Supervising/training a small team
- Reading plans & drawings
- Stock management & planning
- Site installations & troubleshooting
Managerial Opportunities:
- Attend meetings & contribute
- Liaise with clients/architects/builders
- Innovate solutions for design/manufacture issues

Qualifications & Experience:
- Joiner/Carpenter qualification preferred
- Forklift driving qualification desirable
- Basic Microsoft Office skills required
- Prior experience in timber joinery/manufacturing essential

- Experience in Timber Frame workshop/factory or similar joinery environment
- Physical work experience with a willingness to transition into a more supervisory role
- Team player with a proactive attitude
