This specialist wealth management company is looking for someone just like you to join as a Graduate Administrator. This is a fantastic chance to gain experience in the financial industry and kick start your career!

What you'll be doing: You'll be right there in the action, supporting seasoned financial advisors as they work from start to finish. This means:

  • Building Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business.
  • Customer Service: Offering advice and support.
  • Organising: Keeping everything running smoothly and effectively prioritising workloads and task ownership.
  • Documenting: Participate in meetings, taking detailed minutes and ensure action items are followed up.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

  • Manage diaries efficiently, schedule and prepare for 1-1 meetings, and assist with meeting preparations.
  • Support and organise location and community-related events, from planning stages to execution on the event day.
  • Arrange travel and accommodation, ensuring optimal time management and cost efficiency.
  • Handle reception duties.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business.
  • Participate actively in meetings, take detailed minutes, and ensure action items are followed up on.
  • Distribute internal communications.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • A degree in any subject is preferred but not required.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster positive relationships both internally and externally using diverse communication techniques.
  • Effective workload prioritisation and task ownership.
  • Preferably experienced in managing multiple diaries, planning workshops/webinars, and working in a reception environment.
  • Ability to work independently with initiative, as well as collaboratively within a team, providing support as needed.
  • Strong administrative skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
