Field / Workshop based - need to be a commutable distance from Accrington, Bury, Rochdale, Blackburn, Burnley and surrounding areas.

This company are looking to fully invest in you, with specialist training on drives and PLCs, unrivalled earnings on top and a clear scope to progress to a fully qualified Commissioning Engineer.
With a global presence, this business have established themselves as a go-to partner for many businesses within the Oil & Gas and Petrochemical sectors. They offer service, installation and commissioning of various electro-mechanical plant. Due to an on-going workload, they now require an additional Service Engineer, to match the demand for their services.
This position would suit an Engineer or Technician who has electrical fault finding experience and who is looking for a varied role, with international travel, plenty of overtime and overseas allowances, on the job training and a clear scope to progress to a technical expert.
DUTIES
- Training on various electro-mechanical plant and equipment
- Hands on support for clients across various continents - an opportunity to see the world
- Workshop based when not in the field, supporting the plant hire maintenance process
PERSON
- Some electrical fault finding experience and a mechanical grounding
- Happy to travel the world and OK to be away sometimes up to 2 weeks at a time
- British citizenship required due to international visa restrictions
ROLE
- Training in the workshop, with a view to get you out on the field asap
- Service and commissioning of Drives and PLCs, across the globe
- Paid door to door, with premium uplifts as high as double time and overseas allowances
