Prospero Teaching would like to recruit a Key Stage 2 TA for a large primary school in Manchester. This KS2 TA role is to provide general support for children at all ability levels across the curriculum, and interventions for children with SEN.
This is a great position for someone who is knowledgeable and enthusiastic about all areas of the curriculum, and enjoys taking responsibility for children's learning and development in the classroom. It is a varied role where you will be required, as KS2 TA, to be involved in all aspects of the classroom, and develop an effective working partnership with the class teacher. You will need to have confident and positive behaviour management skills and be able to build good relationships with the children. You will need clear communication skills and an encouraging manner.
The KS2 Teaching Assistant is required from September and this is an ongoing role, continuing for the full academic year. The daily rate is £85 to £100, depending on experience.
