EL/PL Litigation Fee Earner - hybrid

South Manchester

Salary £30,000 - £50,000 (Dependant on experience) per annum plus monthly Bonus

Requirements

  • The ideal person will have at least 2 years of experience in EL/PL/ work.
  • Proven billing track record of handling a litigated caseload from start to completion.
  • Genuine tenacity.
  • A focus on advancing cases to and through litigation to achieve the best possible outcome for our clients.
  • Ability to handle EL fast-track cases. Although a non-portal caseload, the successful candidate must have experience with the portal.
  • Knowledge of the civil procedure rules
  • Knowledge of the Proclaim case management system.
  • You must be able to work under limited supervision
  • Manage your own time effectively, with initiative and discipline
  • You must be able to work to targets and deadlines
