Specifically, we're looking for experienced Level 2 and Level 3 engineers to join the team:
Primary Responsibilities for this role would include but not restricted to
Building and Maintaining Network and Server infrastructure (Windows Server, Sophos, Azure, HPE, Unifi, Draytek)
Management of Windows Server Services
Point of escalation and mentoring other engineers.
Vendor Support Escalations
Working tickets within Strict SLA windows
Problem Management and Root Cause Analysis
Some Field Based Work to manage or assist managing major outages or scheduled change requests.
Backup management (Veeam, Spanning, Azure, Shadowprotect)
Some Voip experience (3CX, Simplified Hosted)
Pay: £27,500.00-£37,000.00 per year
