Administration Assistant

Our client based in Woking is looking to recruit an Administrator for the next 2-3 months, this role requires someone with previous office experience who is available immediately. The role will be supporting the team with administration and some customer service!

Duties:

  • Act as the first point of contact for enquiries
  • Administration such as processing documentation and contract information
  • Sending out customer letters
  • Handling telephone calls
  • Filing and general administration
  • Support with upcoming projects
  • Handling paper files in the office

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Experience in an office environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Able to multi-task effectively
  • Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office packages
