Our client based in Woking is looking to recruit an Administrator for the next 2-3 months, this role requires someone with previous office experience who is available immediately. The role will be supporting the team with administration and some customer service!
Duties:
- Act as the first point of contact for enquiries
- Administration such as processing documentation and contract information
- Sending out customer letters
- Handling telephone calls
- Filing and general administration
- Support with upcoming projects
- Handling paper files in the office
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience in an office environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to multi-task effectively
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office packages
