Process Improvement Analyst – Hull – up to £50K
One of the UK's ‘critical' infrastructure providers and a leading supplier of maritime services to the British economy require a Process Improvement Analyst to work out of its fabulous Hull office (3 days on-site / days remote).
This company are renowned through the UK for providing an exceptional service to the customers they serve, which range from government, large corporates to individual consumers. A truly unique proposition in the UK market.
This role will be centered around executing continuous improvement principles. Certification or experience with Lean Six Sigma, will be advantageous therefore. The ideal candidate will have understanding of ‘as-is' mapping.
This will be useful to allow for accurate pain-point capturing. This will also be key to allow for quality measurement of process performance and provide relevant recommendations of improvement.
You will also have to opportunity to engage with stakeholders to ensure that they are kept up to date and that they are bought into the change process. Alongside Supporting business areas for the transition to new ways of working.
The ideal Process Improvement Analyst will have:
- Experience of using process analysis concepts and tools to complete process mapping and pain point identification
- Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt or similar
- A good level of data analysis experience
- Advance experience in Excel skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while handling multiple tasks
- Good understanding of project delivery methodologies (e.g. Prince, Agile & Scrum)
