**Marketing Executive

We are seeking a Marketing Executive to join our dynamic publishing company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, with at least 3 years of experience. This role is perfect for someone who is creative, strategic, and eager to drive our marketing efforts forward. Being a driver is ideal due to the office location.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with the company's objectives.
- Create engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, and the company website.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create promotional materials and campaigns that drive revenue.
- Manage and execute events, such as book launches and author signings.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Maintain a strong brand presence across all platforms, ensuring consistency in messaging and design.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of marketing experience.
- Strong understanding of traditional and digital marketing channels.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics and reporting tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
- Organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A valid driver's license is ideal due to the office location not being close to the station.
