Our client is one of the world's largest law firms and one of Americas most successful law firms.

This originally 'white-shoe' law firm has grown to become a global powerhouse, servicing clients across over 20 offices in 4 continents including Asia, Europe and the Americas.

Their Global Corporate Tax group are looking for an experienced Corporate Tax Associate to join their growing and award-winning team.

The Opportunity

Their Corporate Tax practice is top ranked for their extensive experience in advising on strategic tax planning, structuring and tax implementation issues associated with complex, cross-border transactions.

Their market-leading team are experienced in every type of matter that presents significant tax issues, with experience in cross-border tax controversies and managing and resolving disputes arising from global and regional business transactions.

Their now looking for an experienced and ambitious Corporate Tax Associate who is currently working in a comparable environment and has the ability to taken on a high degree of responsibility from the outset.

Requirements

  • Qualified Corporate Tax Associate with between 2 - 5 years' PQE
  • Broad experience in a top tier corporate tax practice
