Our Client is looking for a Master Technician to join their team in the Worthing area. As a Master Technician, you will be the lead Technician in the Workshop, leading the team and using advanced & state-of-the-art technology to Diagnose & Rectify a variety of vehicle faults. As a Master Technician, your knowledge & skill will be vital in maintaining the reputation of this Premium, Franchised Main Dealer.
Master Technician - Key Responsibilities
- Diagnosing & Rectifying complex mechanical & electrical faults to a high standard
- Leading and working closely with the Service Department
- Mentoring/offering guidance Junior/Apprentice Technicians
- Continue to enhance your knowledge & skills to keep up with Industry changes
- Interacting with customers in a professional manner to clearly communicate repairs needed
- Ensure all repairs throughout the Workshop are carried out to a high standard & meet or exceed Manufacturer expectations
Master Technician - Basic Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
- Extensive experience in vehicle Diagnostics & Repair
- Excellent Communication & Customer service skills
- Strong Leadership skills
