A purpose led not for profit business is currently seeking a Part Time Reward professional to join them on an initial 6 month FTC.
Job title: Part Time Reward Specialist
Salary: £48,000 per annum
Location: Remote
Contract/Hours: Fixed term contract for 6 months
Compensation Management:
- Evaluate and analyze the effectiveness of existing compensation policies and programs.
- Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure competitive positioning.
- Develop and recommend improvements to salary structures, incentive programs, and job evaluation processes.
- Manage the annual compensation review process, including salary planning and bonus administration.

- Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
- Assess and recommend changes to benefit offerings to ensure they meet the needs of employees and the organization.
