Estates Contracts, Compliance and Procurement Manager
Venn Group are supporting an large Theatre in London with a key appointment to the Facilities team.

The successful candidate will:
- work across the team to make sure the buildings are compliant, and the contracts are managed to a high standard, and to ensure the organisation is always achieving best value for money
- manage, maintain and monitor the contracts that sit under the whole of the Estates Team, which includes Facilities and Support Services, ensuring the organisation is always achieving the best outcomes from its outsourced services. Across Estates, they have around 53 contracts, with an approximate value of £600k/annum
- ensure compliance visits take place and are recorded, along with any remedial outcomes and they will use the CAFM system to maintain records and improve efficiency and compliance tracking
- be directly responsible to, and line managed by the Head of Facilities, but will work closely with the other departments including Estates and Support Services
- oversee and support the delivery of a top-quality Help Desk service, as well as line manage the Help Desk operatives
The successful candidate will have:
- significant experience in a similar role and understanding of contracts, compliance and procurement in an estates function
- strong experience of Estates regulatory and statutory compliance requirements, monitoring contracts to ensure best value for money for the organisation
- excellent IT skills to be able to maintain electronic records and compliance date-monitoring; experience of working with a CAFM system
- experience in working with a range of providers of building maintenance and compliance
- strong awareness of health and safety procedures and practices and a strong understanding of compliance
