Job Overview

We are currently recruiting for aGeneral Manager (Heart Building)to join our passionate and driven team based at our client's site in Welwyn Garden City

The job holder will be a ‘Multi Service' individual who is able to jump into any role in an emergency, or during busy times. To be a well-rounded individual with strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

Reporting into the Senior Facilities Manager, the job holder will be responsible for the smooth running of all service lines for the Heart Building which includes:

  • Daily Management of site-based employees
  • Day to day delivery of Cleaning, Goods-in, Catering and Events services to agreed specifications, and in line with agreed budgets.

Building and maintain good client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Completion of Daily Management Control Document
  • Daily Multi Service Huddles
  • Daily monitoring of Marketing and Promotions
  • Cleaning Quality Control Checks, in line with SOW
  • Monthly joint MPRO5 audits with Tesco FM, for all service lines
  • Site training, in line with agree training matrix for each service line.
  • Managing staffing levels to agreed cost model, ensure trained cover is always in place.
  • Maintaining site processes and procedures for all service lines
  • Compliance with Health & Safety processes and procedures
  • Ordering of consumables and chemicals, in line with budgets
  • Ensuring periodic are completed on time, to agreed standards.
  • Delivery of Events that are booked within the building up to 380
  • Management of the Heart Inbox, ensuring all events are booked and communicate with the organiser.
  • Daily Catering Check audits
  • Accurate and timely submission of cleaning & catering payroll

About You:

  • Applicants must have the right to work in the UK
