Intervl are supporting a leading EV charging Installer with their search for a Field based Site Manager to support their growing EV Charge Point division. As Site Manager you'll manage on-site activities, ensure Health & Safety compliance, and oversee the quality of installations across multiple projects each month. This role is crucial in relieving daily workload pressures on Project Managers and ensuring smooth project delivery.
Site Manager Key Responsibilities:
- Permit Issuance: Provide necessary permits to Field Teams before project commencement.
- Project Documentation: Prepare and secure client sign-off on Construction Phase Plans (CPP).
- Reporting: Submit accurate and timely reports/documentation through internal systems.
- Quality Assurance: Oversee and ensure the quality of on-site installations.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Conduct regular site visits to ensure all safety protocols are followed.
- Authorisation: Approve additional works as required.
About You:
- A strong Civils background in managing multiple projects at once.
- Experience as a Site Supervisor or Site Manager working on Highways.
- Extensive H&S knowledge and interest in.
- Ambitious and eager to develop within a progressive company.
- Be happy to travel regularly between London and Birmingham sites.
