As the Residential Sales and Lettings Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the setting up of a sales business and the growth and success of the existing lettings business within the Market Bosworth Office!
You will introduce and build a sales department to compliment the existing lettings business taking this branch to new heights while fostering a culture of excellence and client satisfaction.

Sales and Lettings Manager– responsibilities

  • Working within a team to achieve the branch revenue target
  • Offer a first class service to customers to improve market share
  • Implementing and driving a customer focused sales department
  • Chair daily morning meeting setting the days expectations in terms of individuals and as a branch
  • Identify the client needs and match to the proposition to help win new business
  • Conduct valuations across both sales and letings
  • Hands on day to day management of branch operations
  • Driving the team and leading from the front to be the best branch in the area
  • Identifying opportunities to increase revenue streams through maximising opportunity
  • Coaching, leading and mentoring your team both individually and together
  • Being that point of contact who can provide knowledge, guidance and support on all things sales, lettings and property management

The Sales and Lettings Manager will be an instrumental appointment for the office and as such a natural drive, passion and self starter attitude is needed coupled the ability to think outside of the box and generate new, innovative ideas to build business.

Sales and Lettings Manager– Experience Needed

  • Previous experience in both sales and lettings is required
  • Managerial experience is preferred, or the readiness to step into a managerial position.
  • Proven track record in conducting market appraisals and successfully securing new business.
  • Ability to lead and manage a team effectively, both collaboratively and independently.
  • Up-to-date understanding of current lettings legislation and comprehensive knowledge of landlord/tenant laws.
  • Confident communication with investors, providing expert support throughout their property journey.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professional and articulate demeanor, well-suited for a client-facing role.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage day-to-day operations efficiently.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, busy environment.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft packages and proficient keyboard skills.
  • NAEA or ARLA qualification or a willingness to work towards obtaining one.
  • Positive and adaptive attitude to foster a collaborative and achievement-oriented team environment.
  • Proactive approach with a clear desire to deliver results.
  • Must possess a full driving license and own vehicle for flexibility and mobility.
