To be considered for this fantastic opportunity, the successful candidate must have proven similar experience gained from a professional regulated environment. It is essential that you have strong attention to detail and accuracy, along with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong IT skills are imperative, including the use of Microsoft packages. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background with a genuine interest in building a career within the legal profession.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role within the busy Enquiries Team, responsible for capturing and converting all new business leads.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Providing quotations in relation to the firm's services
- Chasing up quotations sent to clients in order to convert to an instructed matter
- Providing clients with necessary documentation to enable them to be a client of the firm
- Passing on of all relevant information to Fee Earners to enable them to open their files
