Customer Service Administrator

We are working with a fantastic company who are looking to add to their busy team with an experienced Customer Service Administrator, working on site in this busy role, the successful candidate will be available immediately and be able to commit to this temporary role on an ongoing basis. Working in a fast paced environment, you will be dealing with a variety of tasks on a day to day basis, including;

  • Answering all customer queries
  • Order processing
  • Managing the order trail
  • All administrative related tasks

This fully office based role is a long term temporary role, where commitment is key, working 8.30-5 Monday-Friday, this role would suit a candidate who is available immediately and is looking for a role where they can become part of a busy team setting. The successful candidate must be;

  • Available immediately
  • Have 12 months minimum customer service experience
  • Strong administration skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in all MS Office packages
  • Team player
