Learning & Development Programme Manager International

Broad Function and Objective

Reporting to the VP HR International, the L&D Programme Manager International is responsible for the design, support, maintenance, and enhancement of L&D Programmes, Systems, and Tools to support the organisation's goals and practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, including the HR Business Partner team, to design and implement both global and local L&D programmes that support business goals.
  • Source appropriate external L&D partners to work on programmes within agreed budgets.
  • Gather, maintain, and analyse key HR L&D metrics to provide relevant data to stakeholders.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for any new L&D requests from stakeholders, ensuring all requests are tracked and addressed appropriately.
  • Maintain regular communication with key stakeholders to ensure alignment on changes and delivery of L&D programmes or tools.
  • Work with the HRIS Programme Manager and US Total Rewards Team on any technical issues.
  • Operate with a proactive and change management-centric approach to solving business needs while enhancing understanding and acceptance of L&D programmes/tools.
  • Ensure confidentiality in the distribution, communication, and handling of employee data as it relates to global regulation and compliance.
  • Deliver internal L&D programmes within EMEA/APAC subsidiaries if required.
  • Manage relationships with assigned external partners and their resources.
  • Perform other relevant duties or projects as assigned.

Ideal Candidate Attributes

Technical Skills and Experience

  • Relevant experience in designing and delivering L&D programmes across multiple regions.
  • Proficiency in Project Management / Programme Management.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience working with a Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Degree level education or higher.
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Knowledge of Power BI.

  • Coaching / L&D Qualification
  • Project Management Certification

Work Environment/Physical Requirements

  • Office-based in Uxbridge, London, with excellent access to public transport and provided parking.
  • Applicants must have the right to work in the UK and be UK-based.
  • Hybrid working with at least 3 days per week in the office, with flexibility to attend the office as required during working hours.
  • International travel will be required, subject to project demands.
