As a Support Administrator your responsibilities will include:
- Provide efficient administrative support to the secretarial and business support team.
- Manage communications, including calls and emails, ensuring a professional and timely response.
- Organise and maintain records and databases in a confidential manner.
- Coordinate meetings, events and appointments as necessary.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Contribute to projects and initiatives within the organisation.
Profile
A successful Support Administrator should have:
- Proven administrative or secretarial support experience.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
