Description

As a Support Administrator your responsibilities will include:

  • Provide efficient administrative support to the secretarial and business support team.
  • Manage communications, including calls and emails, ensuring a professional and timely response.
  • Organise and maintain records and databases in a confidential manner.
  • Coordinate meetings, events and appointments as necessary.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
  • Contribute to projects and initiatives within the organisation.

Profile

A successful Support Administrator should have:

  • Proven administrative or secretarial support experience.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
  • PART TIME HOURS & HYBRID WORKING AVAILABLE
