About the Position:
Become part of a driven and supportive team in a fresh, exciting position, where you'll manage invoicing, process supplier payments, perform bank reconciliations, oversee credit control, and contribute to monthly financial reporting. This is a fantastic opportunity to expand your skills in a dynamic and fast-moving setting.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Bank reconciliation tasks
- Oversee credit control processes
- Create and distribute sales invoices (monthly, ad-hoc, and quarterly)
- Process supplier invoices and coordinate payment plans
- Handle staff expense claims and company credit card management
- Offer administrative support to the finance and office team
Who They're Looking For:
The perfect candidate will be eager, self-driven, and ready to learn. You should be able to effectively prioritise tasks and work independently with minimal oversight.
Skills and Qualifications:
- AAT Level 3 (minimum)
- Strong knowledge of Xero
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Solid administrative background
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional organisational and time management abilities
