About the role:
This role is based at a small, all-boys school, where you will support students across KS2 - KS4. As a learning support assistant, you'll work closely with the classroom teacher, focusing on both the academic and emotional wellbeing of the students. The young people you'll work with may have experienced trauma, have ADHD, autism, or other complex needs, making resilience a crucial quality for this role.

- Boundaries: Set and maintain clear, consistent boundaries with students
- Adaptability: Be ready to adjust to changes at short notice and handle unexpected situations with ease
