Job Role:
As an ECT on supply, you'll have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in a variety of Secondary School settings throughout your local geographical area. You'll deliver engaging lessons, support pupils learning, and contribute to a positive classroom environment.
Skills Required:
- Qualified teacher status or equivalent
- Passion for education and supporting student's development
- Adaptability and resilience to thrive in different school environments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver effective lessons that meet curriculum objectives
- Assess and monitor student's progress, providing feedback and support as needed
- Collaborate with colleagues and school staff to ensure a cohesive learning experience
- Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students
- Adhere to school policies and procedures
