Akkodis are partnering with a highly reputable client within the Financial Services sector as they continue a highly successful Service Management Programme within their Global Infrastructure team. Our client have conducted a detailed review of 14 practice areas with a view to implementing changes that will improve their service offering to the wider business.
We are looking for an experienced ITSM Consultant with a strong Configuration Management background within ServiceNow. You will be responsible for populating the CMDB and assisting the client in hands-on configuration and helping shape SLA's and reports. You will work alongside a project team and partner with the relevant business areas. The role will cover Hardware, Software, Networks and CI.
The successful candidate will have the following experience:
- Extensive Configuration Management experience within ServiceNow
- Previous experience setting up/populating CMDB
- ITIL v3+ certified
- Experience in the Financial Services industry would be beneficial
This is an initial 6 month contract with the potential to extend. The role is based in London and the client operate a hybrid working model of 3 days on site and 2 days from home. The role has been deemed inside IR35.
