About the Role

We aim to expand our eLearning content formats to boost adoption and engagement. We're seeking a Head of Content with a track record in developing eLearning content both internally and externally.

This role is crucial for enhancing our offerings and maintaining our market-leading position.

Reporting to the CTO, you will manage content strategy and development, owning the delivery process from planning to deployment.

Collaborate with domain experts to deliver content in various formats, including simulations, micro learnings, and games. Your goal: make our platform immersive and engaging.

Industry experience is a must for this role.

Core Responsibilities

  • Develop and steer the content roadmap
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts on content development
  • Meet KPIs to drive revenue through engaging content
  • Manage relationships with content providers
  • Demonstrate ROI for both the company and learners
  • Lead the creation of inspiring procurement content
  • Maintain the existing content catalogue
  • Oversee budgets for new content development
  • Develop detailed content plans
  • Work with Sales, Account Management, Operations, and Marketing teams
  • Provide technical support for content generation tools
