Your new job as a Paediatric Nurse Practitioner
Hays is currently recruiting Paediatric Nurse Practitioners and Paediatric Emergency Nurse Practitioners for a new job working for a community healthcare provider within their Urgent Care Centre in Kensington. This is a permanent, full-time and flexible working job, looking for clinicians to start ASAP.
What you'll need to succeed as a Paediatric Nurse Practitioner
- Registered Nurse with current NMC registration
- MSc in Advanced Assessment
- Independent Prescribing (V300), Qualification in teaching or practice-based learning and MSc qualification in Minor Injuries are all desirable.
- Proven experience of utilising expert diagnostic and clinical skills to provide autonomous, unscheduled medical care and management of patients presenting with undifferentiated and undiagnosed conditions.
- Competent in physical examination of patients from 0-16 years.
- Specialist knowledge in clinical reasoning, history taking, physical examination, diagnostic skills and prescribing/treatment.
- Able to work autonomously, planning and prioritising own workload and that of others
