CRM & Database Executive Hedge End Full Time – 08:30 – 17:30 £25,000

I'm looking for a data-driven and customer-focused CRM Executive to manage and optimise the customer relationship management (CRM) system. In this role, you'll be responsible for executing CRM strategies to boost customer engagement, retention, and loyalty.

The CRM Executive is an exciting role in a developing team, reporting to the CRM Database Manager. Using the data we hold to help shape the ‘Customer Journey', you will work with the Marketing Team, Franchise Service Managers and third-party providers to ensure that customers are kept up to date with the latest offers and information as well as ensuring reminders are sent for any upcoming due Services and MOTs

Role Duties

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the marketing database, identifying opportunities to improve marketing systems and data management.
  • Assist with the maintenance, development and integrity of the marketing database, ensuring the data is accurate, current and consistent.
  • Deal effectively with CRM issues including customer complaints and resolution.
  • Assist staff in using the database to support their business operations.
  • Carry out project work as and when required.
  • Contribute to management reports and people metrics on a monthly, fortnightly and weekly basis.
  • Travel to dealerships within the Group to provide both proactive support and help with any training issues required for the CRM and CCC teams.
  • Promote and maintain positive people relations across the Group.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection (including GDPR) and that best practice is followed with the use and maintenance of data stored.
  • Comply with all the business policies and procedures.
  • Fulfil marketing requests from the marketing team in relation to marketing campaigns as required.
  • Help implement a new customer journey process following a brief from HTML creation to campaign set up.
  • To participate in and contribute to the evolution of the CRM team.
  • To participate fully in development reviews as required.
